Wood Turned Painted Bowls

Scenic Retreat

James and Suzanne are artists who live and work on their 80-acre farm near Ash Cave State Park. Together they search their woods for suitable downed and dead trees. James dries and turns the wood on a lathe. Suzanne paints images of the farm’s flora and fauna on the bowls. The bowls provide an artistic, natural touch to a home’s decor.
